Who We Are
Luis Eduardo Treviño de León is a practicing attorney (LL.B., Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León) and MBA in International Trade (Texas A&M International University), court-certified as an expert translator by the Superior Court of Justice of the State of Nuevo León in English, German, and Italian into and from Spanish. Over more than twenty years, he has worked across legal practice, regulatory oversight in government institutions, and operations in multinational companies — moving fluently across languages, legal systems, and business cultures in Mexico, the United States, and Europe. At Leon Translex, he maintains direct involvement in every client engagement.
Ciro Petricciuolo is a native Italian attorney with a law degree from the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and a Master in Commercial and Corporate Law from IL Sole 24 Ore Business School, Milan. His additional training includes the U.S. Law Program at Fordham University School of Law (New York) and a specialization in investor-state arbitration from American University Washington College of Law. Certified by both the Superior Court of Justice of Nuevo León and Yucatán, as well as with acknowledgement from the Italian Embassy in Mexico, Ciro leads our Italian and English practice with native Italian legal expertise and full trilingual capability across Italian, Spanish, and English.
